Shahi turkey is the yummiest, most tasty, and easy dessert. It is the easiest dessert to make.
But I have a better version of Shahi tukray.

Time required: 30 minutes for cooking & 30 for cooling
Servings:  12 pieces

Ingredients:

  1. Bread slices: 6  
  2. Custard  any flavor: 3 tsp
  3. Milk: half a liter, and half a cup
  4. Sugar: half cup for custard and 1 tsp for bread slices or according to taste.
  5. Egg: 2
  6. Cupcakes : 3 to 4 strawberries flavor
  7. Salt: a pinch
  8. Oil: for fry 

Recipe:

  • In a pot, add milk and boil.
  • In a cup, add milk and custard and mix so remain with no clot.
  • Add sugar to boiling milk on a low flame. Mix it.
  • Add custard mixture to boiling milk on medium flame, mix and cook till custard gets a little thick consistency.
  • Mash cupcakes and add in custard.
  • Set aside.
  • In a cup add 1 egg, sugar, and salt.
  • Beat eggs. Add milk and beat again.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip bread slices in this mix or spread this mixture on slices.
  • Fry slices light golden on medium flame.
  • Now cut them in a triangle shape.

  • Place them on a tray or plate.
  • Spread custard on them. All slices should be completely covered with custard.
  • Add or sprinkle mashed strawberry cupcakes on them.
  • Let it cool for half to one hour.

Garnish with:

  • Sprinkle dry fruits, fruits, or simply mashed cupcakes.
