Chicken Reshmi Kabab Recipe | Best Kabab Recipe | Chicken kababs

Kababs are a middle eastern dish.  Firstly, Meat is mixed properly with veggies, spices, and other ingredients, marinade for some time, then given a straight, round, or oval shape, and finally fry in oil, grilled, or cook in the oven.

Kababs have a refreshing aroma, mouth-watering taste, and soft texture with the juiciness of the meat. 

If you try kababs once you are going to be a fan of them. 

Kababs go best with roti, naan, Pulao rice, and simply with chutney. 

I'm going to share an easy and authentic kabab recipe. Usually, people make it more complex by adding extra ingredients for no reason. Simply summing up the exact ingredients, you get the authentic taste and aroma. Cook kababs with this recipe and believe me you are going to be addicted to them. So without wasting time let's get started.

Time required: 1 hour to marinade + 30 minutes for cooking.

Servings: 10 to 12 pieces

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken boneless or minced meat: half kg
  2. Ginger Garlic paste: 1 and a half tbsp 
  3.  Fresh coriander: half cup 
  4. Mint leaves: 1/4 cup 
  5. Green chilies:3 to 4 
  6. Onion: 1 medium-sized
  7. Water: as required
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Bread slices: 2
  10. Butter:2 tbsp 
  11. Cream: 1 tbsp 
  12. Garam masala powder (whole spice powder):  1/2 tsp 
  13. Cumin seeds: 1tsp
  14. White pepper:1tsp
  15. Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp
  16. Red chili powder: 1 tsp  
  17. Oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Wash chicken and transfer to a bowl.
  • Cut onions in slices.
  • Cut green chilies.

Recipe:

  • Add chicken to a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, onions, mint leaves, green chilies, coriander, Garam masala, cumin seeds powder, white pepper, turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and salt. Give it a good mix.
  • Marinade it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now in a chopper add marinaded chicken and chop well. Add little water  1 to 2 tbsp or as required and again chop.
  • Add cream, butter, and bread slices and chop again. Chop well.
  • Refrigerate it for 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Grease your hands with oil.
  • Make 10 to 12 long and straight kababs. 
  • Now we can fry them.
  • Heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil. 
  • Add kababs and fry on low-medium flame. Until they get golden brown.
  • Dish out in a tray.
