The softest and most creamy dessert with a small crunch of cookies is called cheesecake.
Cheesecakes originated in Ancient Greece. It consists of layers of cheese, eggs, and sugar. Also have an optional base layer of crushed cookies, crackers, or any other alternative you like to eat.
I'm going to share a no baked cheesecake recipe with you. Using crushed cookies as a base then adding a creamy layer topped with yummy blueberries
Just read the recipe wholly and do it as it is.

servings: 5 persons
Ingredients:
- yogurt: half kg
- Cookies or Biscuits: 200 grams
- Butter a: 3 and a half tsp
- Glen powder: 1 tsp
- Luke warm water: 2-3 tsp
- Cream Cheese: 200 grams
- Milk: half cup
- Sugar powder: 3/4 cup
- Lemon juice : 3 tsp
- Blueberry topping can as required
Preparations :
- In a bowl, place cotton cloth, add yogurt and bring the four edges of the cloth together, tie and hang for an hour. Strain all water from the yogurt.
Recipe:
- In a chopper, add cookies and chope until crumble.
- Add melted butter and chop until well combined.
- In a springform pan, add the crumbled cookie mixture and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set firmly.
- Now in lukewarm water add gelatin powder, mix well and set aside.
- In a bowl, add strained yogurt, cream cheese, and milk cream and beat until well combined.
- Add dissolved gelatin, sugar powder, and lemon juice and, beat again until all combine well.
- Now pour the cream mixture over the cake layer in the springform pan and spread it.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add blueberry topping and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Our yummy cheesecake is ready. Sever chilled.
