Cucumber and mint chutney

Ingredients

  1. Mint: half cup
  2. Cucumber: half 
  3. Green chilies: 3 
  4. Walnuts:2 to 3
  5. Curd (dahi): half cup or 4 tsp
  6. Salt: according to taste
  7. Coriander leaves :1 tsp

Recipe

  • Grind all ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Beat curd with a spoon for 1 minute.
  • Add the paste to the curd and mix well. 
  • Chutney is ready to serve
  • It is an all-rounder chutney.

Garlic chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Garlic cloves: 1 cup
  2. Red chilies: 7 to 8
  3. Onion :1 small
  4. Cumin seeds:2 tsp
  5. Salt:to taste
  6. Oil :1 tsp
  7. Water:half cup

Recipe:

  • Add oil to a pan. Heat and add garlic cloves, red chilies, and onion.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Let it cool down.
  • Now add them to a blender, add water and blend to a fine paste.
  • Garlic chutney is ready

Serve with: 

  • Serve with parathas, vegetable curry, and Daal chawal.

 Orange peel chutney

Ingredients

  1. Orange peels: half of the Orange peel.
  2. Garlic clove: 1
  3. Mint:half cup
  4. Curd: 1 cup 
  5. Milk cream: 2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  7. Red chili powder:half tsp
  8. Salt:according to taste

Recipe:

  • Make a fine paste of orange peels, garlic, and mint with a mortar (if you don't have that you can use a grinder.)
  • Then add salt, red pepper, and salt and mix well. The paste is ready.
  • Beat curd and cream with a spoon for 1 minute.
  • Add the paste to the curd and mix well.
  • Creamy chutney is ready. 

Serve with:

  • Serve with pakoras, samosas, chat, vegetable curry, chicken curry, daal chawal, and biryani.

Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes :3 
  2. Mint: 1 cup
  3. Green chilies: 4 to 5 
  4. Salt: according to taste
  5. Cashew nuts: 5 to 7
  6. Tamarind pulp water: 1 cup

Recipe:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend them to a thin paste. 

serve with:

  • Best chutney sauce to serve with kababs, rolls, barbeque, and roast.
