Many people love chicken more than beef or mutton. And wants to try more and more Chicken recipes, so I bring you a very delicious and unique chicken curry recipe. Which is not only best in taste but full of nutrition.

Servings: 4 to 5 person
Ingredients :
- Chicken: 1kg
- Onion: 2 medium-sized
- Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
- Oil or Ghee: half cup
- Paprika powder:2tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1tsp
- Salt: according to taste
- Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder:half tsp
- Coriander powder: half tsp
- Cinnamon powder: 2 pinch
- Black pepper powder: half tsp
- Tomatoes paste only 1 tomato
- Curd or Dahi: half kg
- Water: 1 & 1/2 cups
- Chop Almond:half cup
- Chop dry Coconut: half cup
- Raisins: 1 cup or according to your taste
Recipe:
- Wash and soak dry fruit separately for 15 minutes.
- Peel off the skin of the almonds. And set peeled almonds aside. Similarly, set aside raisins and coconut.
- Add oil to a pot. Add onion fry for 1 minute then add chicken, and salt and cook till chicken turns lite golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- When the chicken gets golden brown, add tomato paste and mix well.
- Now add paprika powder, turmeric powder, & red chili flakes.
- Cook well for 5 to 10 minutes. Or till oil comes out.
- Now beat curd with hand beater. Add curd to the gravy. Mix well for 2 minutes.
- Add all spices, and mix gradually for 5 minutes.
- Add dry fruits, and mix nicely.
- Add water and cook until half of the water dries out or the curry gets a Little thick consistency.
- Don't worry about chicken, if it separates from its bones. It should be more tender.
- Flame off. Delicious Chicken Yakhni Curry is ready to serve.
Garnishing:
Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander leaves.
Or
Garnish with dry fruit. With raisins, coconut, and almonds. Which we use in curry.
