Easy pasta recipe with fewer ingredients, more taste. As taste is our priority. So try this easy and perfect pasta recipe.
If you are a vegetarian you can skip the chicken, it doesn't affect the taste. You can also skip any vegetables if you don't like them.
Time required: 40 minutes
Servings: 3 persons
Ingredients:
- Macaroni: 2 cups
- Water as required
- Oil 6 tsp
- Chicken boneless 1/4 kg
- Capsicum or bell peppers 1cup
- Carrots 1 cup
- Peas 1 cup
- Black pepper 1tsp
- White pepper 1tsp
- Soya sauce 1tsp
- Chilli sauce 2tsp
- Vinegar 1tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Red chili flakes half tsp
- Ketchup half cup or 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic chopped:2 tsp
Recipe:
- Add pasta, 2 tsp oil & salt to the water. Boil till done. Drain out hot water. Add cold water, and wash gently. Drain all water and set it aside.
- Boil chickens until done.
- Boil vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes. Then cut into cubes. Set aside.
- In a bowl add chicken, vegetables, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper, white pepper, salt, and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Add 4 tsp of oil to a wok, add chopped ginger garlic and saute for 1minut.
- Add marinated chicken & saute for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add ketchup, & mix well.
- Now add pasta and mix thoroughly.
- Cook for 7 minutes.
- Delicious pasta is ready.
Presentation:- Sprinkle some black pepper & green chilies.
Or- Make a circle of Chili sauce or ketchup.
