Korean Chili Garlic Potato Bites are very viral these days. So now it's my turn to share their easy recipe with you guys. They are a perfect option for brunch and dinner if you don't have more than 20 minutes. Try this recipe with me. Korean potato bites are also a good snack option for teenage kids. so, let's get started.

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

Potato Dough:

1. Potato: 400 g,2 potato
2. Corn flour:1500 g, tbsp
3. water: 150 ml, water

Seasoning:

1. Chopped garlic: 1 tbsp
2. Chili powder: 1 tbsp
3. Sugar:1 tsp
4. Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
5. Chopped green onion:2 tbsp
6. Chili garlic sauce:2 tbsp
7. Oil :3 tbsp
8. Salt :1 tsp

Recipe:

• Peel the potatoes and chop them into 1” pieces. Boil the potatoes till cooked yet firm.
• Strain the potatoes and immediately pass them through a sieve to get a fine mash.
• Add the cornstarch and a little water at a time and knead to a smooth, crack-free dough while the potatoes are still warm.
• Make small balls and roll them into smooth crack-free balls. Use the mouth of a glass bottle to press the balls slightly to give them a mushroom-like shape. Like this.

• Prepare all balls.
• Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
• Add the potato starters and boil for 2-3 minutes till it starts to float on the top.
• Remove immediately to a large bowl filled with cold water to cool immediately.
• Once cooled, strain out the potato bites into a bowl.
• Heat the oil. Add the chopped garlic and allow to turn golden.
• Meanwhile, mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the hot garlic oil over the spice mix. Mix well. Pour over the potato bites and mix well. Serve.

Serve:

Serve with a chilled cold drink as they'll make a perfect combo.
