Korean Hot Dog Recipe | Yummy Recipe

 Korean hot dogs are very tasty and crispy. If you don't ever make them at home then try for once, they are super easy to make. Their taste is second to none. So what you are waiting for? Let's try now without wasting Any time. 

Firstly we make a mixture of flour, yeast,  milk, etc. Then we dip sausage and cheese sticks in this mixture. Coat them with bread crumbs and fry. Aren't they easy? 

Time required: 1 hour for preparation. 30 minutes for cooking. 

Servings: 8 to 10 pieces

Ingredients:

1. Warm water:¾ Cup
2. Instant Yeast: 2 & ½ tsp
3. Sugar :1 & ½ tsp
4. Egg: 1
5. Cooking oil: 1 & ½ tsp
6. Salt :1 tsp
7. All-purpose flour sifted: 2 & ½ Cup
8. Rice flour: ¼ Cup
9. Mozzarella cheese: 200g
10. Sausages: 4 to 6
11. Breadcrumbs :1 Cup or as required
12. Cooking oil for frying
13. Mustard sauce for serving
14. Tomato ketchup for serving

Recipe:

• In a jug, add warm water, instant yeast, and sugar & mix well, cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
• In a bowl, add this yeast mixture, egg, cooking oil, and salt & whisk well.
• Add all-purpose flour, and rice flour & whisk well, cover & let it proof for 1 hour at a warm place.
• Transfer liquid dough to a jar or glass.
• Cut mozzarella cheese into 1.5x2 inch sticks & set aside.
• Cut sausages in half & thread or skew them into a wooden skewer then thread or skew mozzarella cheese stick.
• Now dip the skewer into the prepared dough & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 8 to 10).
• In a wok, heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
• Crispy hot dogs are ready.

Serve with:

1. Drizzle mustard sauce, tomato ketchup, or chili garlic sauce & serve.
