Eating healthy is a fine habit. Which we should adopt. If we eat unhealthy all time then we should try to eat healthy twice or twice a week. It will help our bodies to maintain equilibrium. 

And today I'm going to share the simplest healthy salad Recipe with you guys. It requires simple ingredients which we all have in our homes. 

But it's a healthy salad because it has low calories and more nutrients. Also has the richness of vitamin A and vitamin C. It also reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer it has phytonutrients and antioxidants.

As you see Greek salad is very healthy and it tastes so good.  Try it ones.

So without wasting time, let's get started.

Time required: 20 minutes 

Servings: 2 people. 

Ingredients:

  1. Onions :1 medium-sized
  2. Tomatoes: 1 medium-sized 
  3. Green capsicum: 1 medium-sized 
  4. Yellow capsicum :1 medium-sized
  5. Red capsicum: 1 medium-sized 
  6. Cucumber:  1 cup
  7. Iceberg: 1 cup 
  8. Feta cheese or cottage cheese: 1 cup 
  9. Olives: 2 to 3
  10. Lemon juice: 2 tsp 
  11. Salt: according to taste
  12. Olive oil: 2 tsp 
  13. Grilled chicken  in cubes:  1 cup
  14. Black pepper: 1 tsp 
  15. White pepper: half tsp 
  16. Parsley: 2 tsp

Recipe:

  • In a small bowl add olive oil. 
  • Add salt, black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice, and parsley to olive oil.  Mix well. 
  • Cut onion into slices.
  • Cut cucumber into round slices 
  • Cut all vegetables like tomatoes, capsicum iceberg, olives, and feta cheese nanotubes
  • Add them to a bowl and mix. Add chicken and mix.
  • Now add the olive oil mixture into the vegetable bowl.
  • Mix well for 2 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Delicious  Greek Salad is ready.
