Today I'm going to share the best vegetarian kababs recipe with you. As sometimes we want some side dish along with our main dish. So that's why I bring some easy and tasty recipes for you guys. So must try out these recipes and please share your experience with us.

Veg kebabs
- Aloo kebab
- Daal mong kebab
- Daal Shami kebab
Aloo Kabab:
- Time required: 40 minutes
- Servings: 12 to 14 kababs
Ingredients:- Potatoes: half kg
- Green coriander chopped: 1 tsp
- Mint chopped: 2 tsp
- Green chilies chopped:
- Cumin seeds:half tsp
- Garam masala powder: half tsp
- Salt:according to taste
- Chat masala:1 tsp
- Red pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes:half tsp
- Rice flour: 1/4 cup
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
- Grate potatoes with a hand grater.
- Add mint, coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds,garam masala powder, red pepper flakes, red pepper powder, chat masala salt, and mix.
- At last, add rice flour, mix well and cover for 15 minutes.
- Now take some mixture and make kababs of equal size.
- Make 12 to 14 kababs.
- Add cooking oil and fry kababs on medium flame from both sides until golden
Daal Shami Kabab:
- Time required:40 minutes
- Servings: 13 kababs
Ingredients:
- Yellow split peas (channe): 250 grams
- Onions sliced :1
- Red pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Big cardamom: 3
- Star anise: 1
- Cinnamon stick :1
- Black pepper powder: half tsp
- Garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: half tsp
- Cumin seeds powder( jeera powder): half tsp
- Coriander powder :1 tsp
- Salt:according to taste
- Wate:2 cups
- Green coriander chopped:4 tsp
- Green chilies:2 to 3 finely chopped
- Gram flour for coating
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
- In a pressure cooker add yellow split peas, onion, garlic paste, salt red pepper powder, turmeric powder, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon stick, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, and that much water in which all ingredients dipped completely. Cover and Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Now if the water has not drained completely then cook on low flame. Take out cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and star anise. Mash all other ingredients in the cooker with help of a hand masher and cook till water dries completely.
- Take out this mixture in a bowl.
- Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add green chilies, and coriander and mix well. Now it gets thick.
- Grease your hands with oil. And Make small kababs of the mixture.
- Make at least 13 to 14 kababs of equal size.
- Coat them with gram flour (baisen) and fry.
- Fry them in preheated oil until golden color.
- Delicious Shami Kabab is ready to eat and serve.
Daal Mong kabab:- Time required: 35 to 40 minutes
- Servings: 12 kababs
Ingredients:
- (Daal mong) yellow lentil: 2 cup
- Boiled potatoes: 1
- Onion finely chopped: 1
- Green coriander chopped: 4 tsp
- Red pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes: 1 tsp
- Salt: according to taste
- Cumin seeds powder (jeera powder): 1tsp
- Coriander powder :1 tsp
- Black pepper powder:half tsp
- Corn flour: 1/4 cup
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
- Boil yellow lentils in water until done.
- Then blend it with a hand blender.
- Add this to a bowl then add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- So all ingredients are mixed up together.
- When it becomes a thick mixture, make small patties or kababs. If you find the mixture too dry add 1 tsp of oil.
- Make 10 to 12 kababs.
- Now add oil to a pan and heat.
- Add kababs in pre-heated oil one by one.
- Fry till golden brown color.
- Delicious Daal Mong Kabab is ready to serve.
