Chicken pakora
Ingredients
- Besan or gram flour: 2 cup
- Salt:according to taste
- Red chili powder: 1tsp
- Red chili flakes:1tsp
- Coriander seeds: 1tsp
- Cooking soda: 1tsp
- Curd: 1 tsp
- Chicken minced meat: 1 cup
- Potatoes: 2
- Onion :1 medium-sized
- Green chilies:2 to 3 chopped
- Oil for frying.
Recipe
- Cut all vegetables.
- Add all spices and soda in gram flour or besan and mix thoroughly.
- Then add vegetables, curd, and mix gradually by adding water.
- Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Now drain access water and add chicken. to it.
- Mix well and leave for 2 minutes.
- Heat oil on medium flame.
- Fry pakoras first on medium flame than on high.
- Serve with chutney or sauce.
Vegetable pakoras
Ingredients
- Besan or gram flour: 2 cup
- Salt:according to taste
- Red chili powder: 1tsp
- Red chili flakes: 1tsp

- Curd: 1 tsp
- Palak or spinach : 2 cup
- Fresh coriander:half cup
- Potatoes:2
- Onion: 1 medium-sized
- Green chilies: 2 to 3 chopped
- Oil for frying

- Cut all vegetables.

Chilli pakora
Ingredients
- Green chilies:10 to 13
- Besan or gram flour: 2 cup
- Salt according to taste
- Red chili powder:1tsp
- Red chili flakes: 1tsp
- Coriander seeds:1tsp
- Cooking soda:1tsp
- Oil for frying.
Recipe
- Mix all spices in gram flour and mix.
- Cut green chilies from the middle and dip them in the mixture.
- Set aside for 2 to 7 minutes
- Heat oil on medium flame.
- Add chilies completely covered with mixture.
- Fry pakoras first on medium flame than on high.
- Serve with chutney or sauce
