Rajma or Lobia curry is one of the favorites meal of the Indian-Pakistani people. Specifically with white rice or jeera rice. And if you never tried this meal then you must try it.
And I'm going to share the easy and authentic recipe with you. Just read the recipe till the end and try for once.

Servings: 4 to 6 persons
Rajma Curry:
Ingredients:
- Rajma or kidney beans: 1 bowl
- Ghee or oil: 1cup
- Onion: 2
- Tomatoes: 3
- Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp
- Red chili powder: 2tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: according to taste
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Garm masala powder: half tsp
- Coriander powder: 1tsp
- Green chilies: 3 to 4 chopped
- Green fresh coriander: half cup
Recipe:
- Boil rajma in a pressure cooker and just add salt init.
- Add the onion to ghee or oil. Then add ginger garlic paste. And fry till they got golden brown color.
- Add fried onion and tomatoes to a blender and blend them to a fine paste.
- Add this paste to that oil.
- Also, add all spices to it and cook until oil come to the top.
- Now add rajma or labia and mix well.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Then add that water to them, which they boiled and Cook until half of the water dries
- Delicious Rajma curry is ready to eat.
- Garnish with coriander and green chilies
Jeera Rice (Cumin seeds rice)
Ingredients:
- Rice: 1kg
- Jeera (Cumin seeds): 1tsp
- Curry leaves: 2
- Green chilies
- Oil: 2tsp
- Salt: according to taste
Recipe:
- Soak rice in water for an hour. If you don't want to soak rice then you have to add double the amount of water to the rice for cooking in the 4th point.
- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and salt to the oil and fry for 1 to 2minutes.
- Then add soaked rice to it. And cook for 1 minute.
- Add water to it. The quantity of water should be equal to the quantity of rice.
- Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. When they are 90% done. Then covered them and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Delicious jeera rice is ready.
