Strawberry Milkshake
Serving 2 glasses
Time 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Strawberry :1 bowl
- Ice cubes: 5 to 7 cubes
- Sugar: 2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder: half tsp
- Strawberry syrup
- Milk: 2cups
- Milk cream (optional ): 1tsp
- Chia seeds :1 tsp
Recipe :
- Soak chia seeds in half a cup of water.
- In a blender add strawberry, sugar, milk, ice cubes, and blend them.
- Then add cinnamon powder and milk cream and blend again.
- Add soaked chia seeds in it and mix with a spoon.
- Garnish glass with strawberry syrup and pour milkshake.
- Serve chilled.
Banana and Apple Milkshake
Serving :3 person
Time required: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Bananas: 4 to 5
- Apples: 2
- Sugar:2 tsp or according to taste
- Chia seeds :1 tsp
- Ice cubes :1 cup
- Milk:half liter
Recipe
- Soak chia seeds in water
- Add all ingredients in blender except chia seeds and blend.
- Add chia seeds in a glass and then add milkshake then mix with a spoon.
- Garnish with almonds.
- Serve chilled
Dates milkshake
Servings: 2 person
Time required: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Dates: 1 cup
- Almonds and other dry fruits crushed: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 tsp or according to taste
- Chia seeds: 1 tsp
- Ice cubes: 1 cup
- Milk:half liter
Recipe :
- Soak chia seeds.
- Add all ingredients in blender and blend.
- Then add chia seeds into the milkshake and mix with a spoon.
- Garnish glass with almonds and chocolate syrup then pour milkshake into it.
- Serve chilled.
