- Potatoes: 3 to 4
- Garlic: 2 to 3 piece
- Soya sauce: 1 tsp
- Vinegar: half tsp
- Chilli sauce: 1 tsp
- Red Pepper flakes: 1 tsp
- Red Pepper powder: half tsp
- Salt:according to taste
Recipe
- Cut potatoes into slices. And Chop ginger.
- Now add them into a bowl and add garlic, soya sauce, and other spices In it.
- Mix them thoroughly and cover for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil, and add fries into it.
- Fry for 15 minutes or until they get golden.
- Delicious fries are ready. Enjoy with chili garlic sauce.
Mint and Herbs Fries
If you love herbs or mint in everything then must try out this recipe otherwise you are going to regret it.
Ingredients
- Potatoes: 3 to 4
- Mint chopped: half cup
- Parsley chopped:half cup
- Oregano :1 tsp
- Dried fenugreek leaves: 1tsp
- Red Pepper flakes: 1 tsp
- Red Pepper powder: half tsp
- Salt: according to taste
Recipe
- Cut potatoes into slices
- Add all herbs and spices to potatoes and mix well.
- Heat oil and add fries.
- Fry on low flame for 5 minutes then on high flame till golden.
- Fries are ready. Enjoy with Mayonnaise, ketchup, or curd.
The Classic Fries

- Potatoes: 2 to 4
- Salt: according to taste
- Chat masala: 2tsp
- Oil
Recipe
- Cut potatoes into thin slices and add salt.
- Heat oil and fry them till golden.
- Add 1 tsp of chat masala to them.
- And add 1tsp of chat masala to ketchup and enjoy.
