Breakfast Recipe | Scrambled eggs | Healthy Breakfast Recipe


Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. One should not skip this. But everyone wants to eat too light and healthy but tasty in the morning. So I have a very healthy and tasty recipe for you.
Without wasting time let's get started.

 Serving: 2 people;  Time required: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  1. Eggs: 2 to 3 
  2. Onions :1 normal sized onion
  3. Tomatoes:  1/2 
  4. Capsicum: 1 
  5. Carrots (optional): 1/2 
  6. Green chilies: 2 to 4
  7. Red Chili flakes: 1tsp 
  8. Salt:according to taste.
  9. Oil: 2 to 3 tsp
  10.  Boneless chopped Chicken: 1 cup

 Recipe :

  • Cut all vegetables into cubes. 
  • Beat eggs for 2 minutes.
  •  Add oil to the pan and heat. 
  • Then add chicken and cook until chicken gets light golden brown color.
  • Add all vegetables and saute for 3 minutes then add beaten eggs.
  • Cook for 1 minute and then scrambled the egg.
  • Cook well for 2 minutes, then turn the flame off.
  • Delicious scrambled eggs are ready to eat.
