Desserts are always loved by everyone. And when you want to eat something softest, I recommend you Rasmalai. The most delicious and yummy dessert.

Servings 10 pieces; Time required 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour: 2 tsp
- Baking powder: 1tsp
- Eggs beaten: 3 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Dry Milk powder: 1 cup
- Milk: 1liter
- Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
- Saffron: 2 to 5
- Pistachio
- Almonds
Recipe:
- In a pot add milk, sugar, saffron, and half tsp cardamom powder. Mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved (approx 5min) and set aside.
- In a bowl, add dry milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Add oil and mix well.
- Gradually add egg and knead until dough is formed and refrigerate for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Take the dough and make small round balls and slightly press them.
- Make 8 to 10 balls.
- Heat the milk and add balls one by one, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Don't stir.
- When balls get double their size, Rasmalai is ready.
- Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
- Refrigerate for 10 to 30 minutes and serve chilled.
