Karahi ghost is one of my favorite dishes. And I always try to make it the best. And here am going to share my best recipe with you guys. So read it till the end and make a delicious meal for you and your family.
Servings: 4 to 6 persons; Required Time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- Beef: 1 kg
- Onion: 3 normal sized onions
- Tomato s paste: 1cup
- Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp
- Ghee or oil: 1,1/2 cup or according to your preference
- Turmeric: 1tsp
- Red Pepper powder: 3tsp
- Salt: according to taste
- Cumin seeds powder: 1tsp
- Black pepper powder: 1tsp
- Cloves powder: 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon sticks or powder: 1/2 tsp
- Green parsley: 1/2cup
- Green chilies: 7 to 15
- Lemon: 1
- Chat masala: 2tsp
Recipe
- Firstly boil beef with salt, ginger, garlic, and chilies till tender.
- Then in a Karahi add ghee and onion.
- And wait until the onion obtains light golden color, then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1minute.
- After that add beef and salt to it, and Cook well for 5 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes, red pepper powder, and turmeric to it.
- Mix them thoroughly, and cook for further 5 minutes.
- When it completely dries out, put in half a cup of water.
- Now grind some green chilies with little water.
- Add this paste and other spies to Karachi and cover with the lid.
- After 1 minute mix it again, and your delicious Karahi is ready. Turn the flame off.
- Garnish with green chilies, parsley ginger, and lemon.
- Add a little bit of chat masala on it.
- And serve it with love and a beautiful smile 😊.
