Believe me this is the best recipe . obviously you are thinking that what is special in this recipe, chicken malai boti (chicken creamy pieces) which we marinate in a flavourful mixture then fry . So firstly we are going to make 2 chutney , chicken malai boti, then assemble them to make perfect paratha roll or wrap.

Ingredients:
Green Chutney:
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2-3 Green Chili
- 4 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp leaves Mint
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
Pyaz Chutney:
- 1 cup Onion
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes
- 1/4 Fresh Coriander
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Mint leaves
- 2-3 Kashmiri Chili
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 2-3 tbsp Tamarind pulp
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp. Oil
Ingredients:
- 500g Chicken Boneless
- 1 tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp mustered seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp kachri powder
- 4 tbsp Cream
For Assemble
- Parathas : 2 to 4 paratha
- Onion as required
- Mayonnaise as required
- Cucumber as required
Recipe:
- Green Chutney:
- Add Yogurt, Green Chili, Fresh Coriander, mint, garlic cloves, chopped ginger and grind it well.
- Malai boti:
- Take the chicken in the bowl and add green chutney, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, kachri powder, cream and marinate it for 2-3 hours.
- Add 2 tsp oil in a pan and fry until chicken is done.
- Onion Sauce:
- Add Onion, tomatoes, fresh coriander, mint, kashmiri chili, garlic cloves, salt, tamarind pulp in a grinder and grind it well. this is onion chutney
- Now heat the cooking oil in the pan and fry mustard seeds for a while
- Now add grinded onion chutney in the pan and cook for it for a while
- Now add salt, chaat masala, tamarind pulp and cook it well
- Assembling:
- Take a paratha and paste the onion sauce and mayonnaise on it.
- Add some malai boti and onion slices, cucumber slices and roll it.
Serve:
- Serve it with green chutney and onion sauce.
