Everyone loves Chinese. So I'm going to share an amazing recipe for chicken shashlik or chicken Manchurian. All of your family members and friends are going to cherish you for such a delicious meal. If you follow the procedure until the end.

For preparation: 1 hour
For cooking: 30 minutes.
Serving: 2 to 3 person
Ingredients:
For chicken
Boneless Chicken (cubes): half kg
Bell Pepper (Shimla Mirch): 1 cup
Onion: 1 cup
Tomatoes: 1 cup
Salt: according to taste
Sugar: 1 & 1/2 tbs
Red Pepper (crushed): 1tbs
Black pepper (crushed): 1 tbs
Soya sauce: 3tbs
Vinegar: 1tbs
Ginger garlic paste: 1tbs
For gravy:
Oil: 3tbs
Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tbs
Ketchup: 1&1/2 cup
Soya sauce: 2 tbs
Vinegar: 2tbs
Black pepper (crushed): half tbs
White pepper (crushed)
Red Pepper(crushed): half tbs
Chilli sauce: 2tbs
Corn flour: 1tbs
Water: 1cup
Recipe:
In a bowl, add soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, red pepper, salt, sugar, ginger-garlic paste, and mix well.
Now add chicken, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
In a pan, add oil then add the marinated chicken. Mix.
Now cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame.
Now add vegetables and again cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Now take it out in a bowl and set it aside.
Gravy;
Now add oil in a pan, then add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 1 minute.
Add ketchup and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, white pepper, black pepper, and red pepper.
Cook well for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add cornflour to water and mix.
Then add this to the gravy and mix continuously.
Cook until desired consistency.
Then add cooked chicken and veggies in gravy, mix well and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Delicious chicken Shashlik is ready. Serve with rice and a smile:-)
