Loaded French Fries Recipe| Pizza Fries | Chicken Fries

Fries are everyone's favorite. they taste yummier with sauce and toppings. so let's make the yummiest french fries with creamy, saucy, and crunchy toppings.  we gonna add chicken tikka, cheese, and other vegetables. they will add flavor and aroma to the fries. A treat for you on cheat days. 

So without wasting time let's get started:

Time Required: 40 minutes 

servings: 2 persons 

Ingredients:

Potato Fries:
  1. Potatoes: peeled 3-4
  2. Water: as required
  3. Salt: 1 tbs
  4. Oil:for frying
Chicken Tikka Flavor:
  1. Tikka masala: ½ tbs
  2. Yogurt: 1 tbs Optional
  3. Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
  4. Chicken fillet :1 piece
  5. Oil: 1 tbs
  6. Water: 1-2 tbs or as required
Assembling:
Take any amount for these ingredients or skip any if you want.
  1. Potato fries
  2. Mozzarella cheese grated
  3. Cheddar cheese grated
  4. Chili garlic sauce: 2 tsp
  5. Cooked chicken
  6. Onion chopped
  7. Capsicum chopped
  8. Jalapenos chopped
  9. Black olives
  10. Red chili crushed
  11. Dried oregano

Recipe:

For Potato Fries:
  • Cut potatoes with the help of the french fries cutting machine or knife.
  • In a bowl, add water, and potato fries and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
  • In a pot, add water, and salt and heat it to boiling point.
  • Add potato fries and leave for 6-8 minutes.
  • Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool.
  • Storage option:Can be frozen in a zip lock bag for up to 1-2 weeks.
  • In a pot, heat oil and fry potato fries for 2-3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil and again fry potato fries until crispy & set aside.

For Chicken Tikka Flavor:

  • In a bowl, add tikka masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and whisk well.
  • Add chicken fillet, mix well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • In a frying pan, add oil and chicken fillet, basting with remaining marinade, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add water, cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes then turn and cook on another side until done.
  • Turn off the flame, and shred the chicken with the help of the fork.
  • Turn on the flame and sauté for 1 minute and set aside.
Putting together:
  • In a small frying pan or baking tray, add potato fries, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chili garlic sauce, cooked chicken, again cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, capsicum, jalapenos, tomato, then again cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives, red chili crushed and dried oregano.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
