Servings: 4 person
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless: 1 kg or 3 breast
Oil: 4 to 5 tsp
Bell peppers: 3 different colors( red, yellow, and green)
Onion: 1 big sized
Black pepper:1tsp
White pepper: 1tsp (skip if you don't like spicy.)
Garlic powder:1tsp
Onion powder:1tsp
Red pepper powder: half tsp
Cumin seeds powder: half tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Salt according to taste
Soya sauce half tsp
Chili sauce: half tsp
Vinegar: half tsp
Recipe:
Cut chicken into strips.
Add chicken to a bowl, add lemon juice, black pepper, White pepper, red pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin seeds powder, salt, sauces, vinegar, 1tsp oil, and lemon juice. Cover and marinade.
Now you can Marinade for 24 hours for the best results. 3 hours for good results or if don't have that much time then only for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cut vegetables in slices or strips.
In a pan add 3 tsp oil and add marinaded chicken.
Cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Or until it tenders and water dries out completely.
Now take it out and again add 3 tsp oil to the same pan. Add bell peppers and onion to it.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Then add chicken and mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes on low flame while stirring it.
Turn flame off.
Juicy and mouth-watering Fajitas are ready.
Take out and enjoy.
Garnishing:
It doesn't need any garnishing.
Serve with:
Pair it with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, or sauce over rice as is.
