Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance.

Especially in this recipe, I'm going to teach you juicy and. Crispy Chicken lollipops with a spicy and tasty sauce. Because of sauce they are also called as drums of heaven.
Whichever to marinate chicken in two steps. Then deep fry them in hot oil. Then we prepare a sauce. Stir fry chicken lollipops in sauce and your dish is ready.

Ingredients:
For chicken lollipops:
- Chicken winglets: 500 grams
- Red chili powder: 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
- White vinegar:1 and a half tsp
- Soya sauce: 1 tsp
- Corn flour:1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour/ Maida: 3 tsp
- Egg :1
For sauce
- Onions finely chopped: 3 tsp
- Ginger chopped: 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped: 1 tsp
- Spring onion greens: 1 tsp
- Soya sauce: 1 tsp
- Vinegar:1 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Ketchup,
- Chili garlic sauce: 3 tsp
- Corn flour 3/4 tsp
Recipe:
- Clean chicken winglets and wash them.
- Cut the meat from the bone and push it down to create a lollipop shape.
- Now we are going to marinade the chicken for 30 minutes by adding some ingredients then after 30 minutes we add other ingredients and again marinade.
- So for the first marinade add chicken in a bowl and add 1 and a half tsp of red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, half tsp of salt, soya sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.
- Mix well and Marinade for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes. Add corn flour, all-purpose flour, egg, 1.5 tsp of red chili powder, and a pinch of salt and mix well until it comes together. And marinade for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Now heat the oil in a pan. Then add chicken winglets one by one.
- Fry them from both sides on medium heat. Until light brown or golden color.
- Dish them on a plate.
Now they are ready to serve at this stage. But if you want extra flavor, juiciness, and taste. Try chicken lollipops with this sauce.
- Add oil to a pan and heat. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add onion and Saute for 1 minute on high flame till the onions are softer.
- Add chili garlic sauce and mix. Add soya sauce and mix. Again add ketchup and mix.
- Add sugar, and vinegar and give it a good mix and saute on a medium flame for a minute.
- In 4 tsp of water adds 3/4 tsp of corn flour. Make a slurry. Add this slurry to the sauce and mix well. Cook for 30 seconds until the sauce gets thick and smooth.
- Lastly, add the chicken lollipops we fried early and stir-fry them for 1 minute. Until the sauce coats them well.
- Give them a good mix and serve.

- Garnish with spring onion.

- Serve with a soft drink as a starter. Or serve with Chowmein or Pasta.
