Hello, hope everyone reading this ate fine and fit. Today I'm going to share a very easy and convenient recipe with you guys. which Is egg bhurji or scrambled egg curry. It is very easy to cook and is time-saving too. If you are busy or want to cook a simple yet appetizing meal then you should try this.
Anda bhurji includes very simple and easy steps to follow. So if you are a beginner then you should try it and be happy with the taste. Without wasting further time let's get started.
Time required: 30 minutes
Servings: 3 to 4 persons
Ingredients:
- Oil: 1-2 tbs
- Onion: chopped 1 medium
- Tomato: chopped 1 medium
- Green chilies: chopped 3
- Cumin seeds: roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Coriander powder: ½ tsp
- Red chili powder:1 tsp or to taste
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder: ½ tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
- Fresh coriander: chopped 2 tbs
- Eggs:3 to 4
- Water: half cup
- Butter: 1 tbs
- Boiled egg:1
- Fresh coriander and chilies for garnishing
Preparations:
- Cut onion, tomato, chilies, and coriander.
- Beat eggs for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Boil 1 egg.
Recipe:
- In a frying pan, add oil and, onion and mix well.
- Add tomato, and green chilies, and mix.
- Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, and salt, mix & mash well.
- Add fresh coriander and mix well.
- Add beaten eggs, mix & mash well until well combined. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add water mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add butter, and mix well.
- Add boiled eggs and mix well.
- Add fresh coriander, and chilies, and serve.
Serve:
Serve with paratha , chapati, or with bread or bun.
